Blade and Rose new logo.jpg

Blade & Rose is a leading British children’s clothing brand specialising in a trendsetting range of leggings and clothing accessories, Designed by a Mum with the inspiration taken from her Daughter has her bum was always on show!. Each piece of the collection is unique and has the trademark design on the bum. A major component of the development was to ensure that the quality of the fabric was durable, functional, would wash well and most importantly, that it was soft and kind to children’s delicate skin.

They work closely with their suppliers and expect their factories to respect the well-being of their employees and that they are certified with BSCI certification. A BSCI audit helps a business monitor its supply chain to ensure the suppliers are treating workers ethically and legally.

The better cotton initiative (BCI) is a global not for profit organisation and the largest cotton sustainability program in the world.  BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector's future.

Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex is one of the best known labels for textiles testing. In plain language you can be sure that clothing that has Oeko Tex 100 certification is safe for babies and children and that harmful chemicals and substances are not present in the fabric used.
