What is the best way to contact customer service?
The best way to reach us is to email hello@naturesgiftclothing.co.uk. We are here Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm and will strive to get back to you within 4 hours or for a more immediate response use our live chat which is available from 10am to 4pm or call us on 07932 196527 

Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is a secure shopping environment, your payment information is not held beyond the shipping of the order. View our privacy policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with all of your tracking information if a courier service has been selected at check-out. Please ensure you add our email address hello@naturesgiftclothing.co.uk to your senders list.

 

Can I cancel or change an order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. For any questions you can contact us at hello@naturesgiftclothing.co.uk

 
Do you offer gift receipts?
Absolutely, during checkout you will have the option to add a gift message to your order. All orders with gift messages are automatically sent with a gift receipt, which can be used for exchanges or returns.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this point in time we do not explicitly offer gift wrapping, however all our orders are carefully packaged in either Pink, Blue or White Tissue Paper.

 

What type of packaging do you use to ship orders?
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper and then dispatched in our Eco Mailing Bags

  • Produced from sugar cane, the greenest material on the market

  • Fully recyclable 50 micron material making it an improved environmental solution

  • Contains the same properties as standard oil derived polythene meaning no compromise on the strength or quality

  • Carbon neutral – the carbon dioxide taken from the atmosphere in the growing process, offsets the carbon dioxide emitted through production and transport

 


Where are your Organic cotton clothes made?
